History: Gifted from a young age, Ranala studied abroad. She found a children's book about a Gnome Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
