Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her long red hair reaches down to her waist. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Birel embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Birel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Art enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Art fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His fur is short and gray. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
