Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oppleby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Oppleby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oppleby grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he's looking for his big break

Description: She tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Thodris is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She got into the Apothecary business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She has a missing right arm. She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her white eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He wears a simple red robe with pastel stripes complete with hood. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Oren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.
