History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a Barrister, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
