History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

History: Born to a Shipwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Shadow was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shadow's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
