Personality: Krimmon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Krimmon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: An older woman who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He takes great joy in being the best Shipwright in town.

History: Pelt hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mercenary. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Bryseis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bryseis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and to be a cartwright again
