History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jarsali grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
