Description: He is wearing a long, tan cloak. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and further expansion of business

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: Standing 4'11", this woman is wearing a long, pastel, dusty cloak. She has dyed her greying lavender fur a little too much giving a sharp lavender color. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Cloud learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a Mercenary soon after.
Motivation: She is greedy; and someone believes her a fraud

Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Cora was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the south
