Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting goblins, the young Heather began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Expand her business; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her white eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Pelaios and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
