History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
