History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
