History: Gunnloda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gunnloda has worked very hard to control her curse. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stableman. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win.
