Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. Her white hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Anselm enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'6". He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
