History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Cloud was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cloud's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the south. Her first spouse was a Detective, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
