His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Halander never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Doctor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.
