History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Modean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by her family

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
