Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bethrynna studied abroad. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Xappan has worked very hard to control his curse. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Stacee is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now mingles about in high society.
