History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was a Ruler, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nuraval fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Brug was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Paymon and his spouse have recently divorced.
