History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Through the years after Birel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Anakis is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Anakis was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a great chef.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Engraver. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Medrash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
