History: Grumbar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is baby faced.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lucan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence.
