Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Spy, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and she has money and likes to spend it
