History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Nissa reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Arava would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
