History: Oppah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
