History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Grigi learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now owns her own business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Eberdeb's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Eberdeb is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ridaro took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
