Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shanairla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shanairla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by her family; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
