History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Umpen reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Naal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. After coming to the age of reason, Chem took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
