History: Ethereal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ethereal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Veloptima was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Veloptima abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
