Personality: Hupe hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
