History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a Fisher soon after.
