Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He wears his dark red hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Revenge; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Perra will drive conversation. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Perra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
