She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the south to a Butcher, Eloise learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.
