History: Sarah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now owns her own business.

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull red iron scale mail. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ootah will drive conversation. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
