History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kithri studied abroad. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Diesa is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Diesa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
