Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Bertram was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Assassin. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
