Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Malquis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
