History: Hoshû was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Beast's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is content

Description: She has a missing right leg. She very much looks the part of a Tanner. Her long chestnut hair reaches down to her waist. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears a yellow shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. He has black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a Jeweler soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and someone believes him a fraud
