History: Fulbar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gale grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gale. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Through the years after Tordrid was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tordrid's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
