History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balam never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by her family

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.
