Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a white coat. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has moderate length blonde hair. Her eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Alain was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alain decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Sorath was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Sorath's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he wants to get laid
