History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
