History: Euphemia hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
