History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Gardener but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is greedy
