History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Donella was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.
