Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. A true patriot, Hupe would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the north. When Hupe reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wishes to resurrect an old love
