Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: She has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her greataxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
