Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Astar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
