Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Skirt was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Skirt's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city.
