Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
