Description: An older woman who wears a pastel top hat and pastel clothes, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her yellow fur in a flapper bob. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This malnourished man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Paymon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Her brass crest, when down, is lengthy. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. She takes great joy in being the best Knight in town.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. His hair is chestnut and curly. He is baby faced.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he has decided he is irredeemable
