Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Phelaia enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Phelaia reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Gifted from a young age, Elama studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
